Additionally, we may use a crown to cover a discoloured tooth, to cover a tooth after a root canal is done, or to restore a broken tooth.
If we decide that you could benefit from having a dental crown placed on one of your teeth, the entire process will generally take two visits to either our Collingwood or Midland, Ontario office. At your first visit, we will prepare your tooth for the crown by taking an impression of it. During your second visit, we will cement the crown onto your tooth.
